Uncle Lamar passed away on May 14, 2014. We attended his funeral on Thursday, May 22 in Warren. Here are some pictures and videos from the day. We will sure miss Lamar's witty personality, stories, unique sense of humor, and infectious laugh! Wish I had a video of that! I have many childhood memories of the farm & going out to see the cows. Today Jenna performed in her first piano recital at the Pleasant Valley Library in South Ogden. (Technically it's her second recital, but only fellow students were allowed to come to the first one.) This was the first one in front of family/friends. She played "Jazzy". Jenna memorized her piece and played it beautifully. She didn't appear nervous at all but secretly told me she was a little bit. ;) We're so very proud of her for being brave & for developing her new talent! She has only been playing since September. :) Great job Jenna!
